Then we'll tell you. Plenty of the problems we find are fixed by a better process, or by connecting tools you already have. The roadmap recommends what will actually pay off, AI or not.
Do you use AI in your own work?
Every day. We used it to move our own site off WordPress, build the tool behind our Website Audit, and design and test hardware for our sister project. Our team made every decision, and we're open about where it fell short.
How do you estimate the ROI?
From what we see in the workshop and review: how long each task takes today, how often it happens, and what the fix would cost. They're estimates, and we show our working so you can check them.
Do I have to commit to more work?
No. The audit is a fixed £2,500 + VAT and stands on its own. The roadmap is yours to act on with us, with another partner, or in-house.
What happens when I book?
We reply within one working day and set up a free 20-minute call to check the audit is the right fit. If it is, we agree start dates and send the invoice.
What do you need from us?
A 30-minute kick-off call, about two hours from you and your team for the workshop, a look at the tools behind the workflows we review, and an hour at the end for the roadmap walkthrough.
What happens to our data?
Everything you show us stays confidential, and we sign a mutual NDA before kick-off as standard. We only look at what the review needs, and nothing goes into a new system as part of the audit. You'll always know where your data lives and what any proposed AI feature would do with it.
What happens after the audit?
You'll have a clear, costed list of next steps. If you'd like us to build any of it, we can scope a contained pilot from the roadmap, but that's a separate decision, made when you're ready.
