we mix design, experience + AI
16 years of creative engineering,
now laser-focused
on AI implementation.
About
Experienced, passionate, and skilled — with a genuinely mixed background across creative, technical, PR and marketing — we bring a broad range of expertise to every project, and deliver it on time and to budget.
Our story
Our claim to fame is that we designed and built the first 3D body scanning and 3D printing art installation in the UK. We love making things that are novel and engage the unengaged or delight the disillusioned.
Our team brings 15–20 years of industry experience across communications, multimedia development, web apps, and business development, along with strong relationships with national and international organisations who have a global reach and influence.
Based in Brighton — a well-established digital and innovation hub — we work from The Skiff, a co-working space shared with more than 150 freelancers across the digital and creative industries, and we're members of the Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce.

Claude
AI agentic system
Claude was one of many AI systems who has joined us since AI models were made available to the public. He has been trained on our specific branding, agency voice, and creative vibe.
Often found in brainstorming sessions, and investigating new ideas, creating specific skills for bespoke projects, or spawning agents to take care of background tasks to allow the rest of the team to focus on theirs.
Approach
We blend art and engineering with imaginative ideas, carefully engineered and stay involved for the long term. We don't just ship one-off launches, we deliver productized AI solutions that scale.
Our productized AI offerings include:
AI Readiness Audit & Roadmap
A fixed-price review of your data and systems with clear ROI estimates.
Managed AI Agents
Ongoing monitoring, model updates, and optimization so your systems stay accurate and compliant.
Custom Business-Context AI
Tailored knowledge-base assistants that integrate directly with your workflows.
Outcome-Focused Delivery
We price based on the value delivered, not just hourly blocks, ensuring measurable outcomes like time saved or revenue uplift.
How we use AI responsibly
AI is a tool, not an autonomous decision-maker — here's what that means in practice.
Will AI replace my team?
No. Every AI feature we build is tied to a concrete benefit for the people using it — freeing your team from repetitive admin so they can spend more time on judgement calls, relationships, and creative work. We design AI to extend what your team can do, not replace who's doing it.
Who makes the final call — AI or a person?
A person, always. AI is a tool, not an autonomous decision-maker. Anything that affects a customer, a transaction, or a business decision keeps a human in the loop, with the ability to review, override, or turn it off.
What happens to our data?
We're clear with you about where your data lives, how it moves between the tools you already use, and what each AI feature actually does with it. Nothing goes into a system outside the scope you've agreed to.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally — every system does. We build for that: human review at the points that matter, clear fallbacks when confidence is low, and a straightforward way to flag and fix mistakes. We're honest with you about the AI's limits before we design around them, not after something breaks.
Which AI models do you use?
We primarily use Claude either via API or desktop Cowork. We use Claude Code for our hardware development projects. We are also using Deepseek as a secondary or cheaper but very capable agent to collaborate on coding and creative projects and system dashboards.
